The economic crisis in Europe has resulted in high levels of unemployment, particularly in the population which is under 30 years of age. Unemployment does not only affect low-skilled youngsters, but also those young people with higher education levels who face many difficulties in getting a work position according to their qualification level. According the European Commission, young people are the key to future prosperity and dynamism of Europe, and therefore, reducing youth unemployment and encouraging their employability should be a priority.
The innovation of EnYouthTeacher lays in the integral approach both the working program and the expected results. The approach that will be developed is based on connecting the meeting of the training needs of trainers/teachers regarding the entrepreneurial aspects with the acquisition by unemployed youngsters of the knowledge required to become entrepreneurs. With this aim, the competences profile of trainers/teachers in entrepreneurship will be defined, which will allow first-hand knowledge about the necessary elements that must be included in the training material designed to cover their lacks.

These outputs will be available in different languages (English, Portuguese, Croatian, Greek, Italian and Spanish) and they will be accessible in the website of the project once it ends.
The partnership is formed by 8 organisations from 6 countries, Croatia, Cyprus, Italy, Portugal, Spain ulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
